What experience do I need?
Real commercial electrical experience. If you've worked commercial or industrial jobs and own your tools, you're the kind of electrician we're looking for. Brand-new-to-the-trade applicants aren't a fit for these roles.
Where are the jobs located?
Our work is based out of Winter Haven and across Central Florida (Polk, Hillsborough and Hardee County). You'll need reliable transportation to get to job sites.
What does "guaranteed 40 hours" really mean?
Exactly that. You get a full 40 hours every week — you won't get sent home when one job slows down. Overtime is available on top of that when you want it.
